Fertility Treatments
Comprehensive fertility solutions from simple advice to advanced assisted reproduction procedures. All treatments are individualized based on your age, BMI, ovarian reserve, and previous response to ensure the best possible outcomes.
IVF (In Vitro Fertilization)
Fertilizing the egg with the sperm outside the body through natural way. Suitable for couples with subfertility, especially unexplained subfertility after 2 years of trying.
Process: Ovarian stimulation (10-14 days), monitoring with scans and blood tests, egg collection under sedation, fertilization, embryo transfer 3-5 days later.
ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection)
Fertilizing the egg by injecting sperm directly inside the egg. Ideal for male factor subfertility or failed fertilization with IVF before.
Process: Similar to IVF but with direct sperm injection. Recommended for abnormal sperm parameters.
IUI (Intrauterine Insemination)
Injecting male sperm inside the womb at time of ovulation. Suitable for physical problems preventing intercourse or males with HIV (sperm washing).
Process: Ovulation induction (10-14 days), monitoring, sperm injection inside the womb at ovulation time.
Ovulation Induction
Giving tablets or injections to stimulate the ovaries to ovulate. Ideal for women with anovulatory PCOS.
Process: Ovulation induction (10-14 days), monitoring, timed intercourse at fertile window. May shift to IVF if failed for 6-9 cycles.
Egg Freezing
Fertility preservation by freezing eggs to use in the future to conceive. Recommended for single women before age 35, low ovarian reserve, or cancer patients.
Process: Ovarian stimulation (10-14 days), monitoring, egg collection under sedation, and freezing mature eggs.
Genetic Testing (PGT)
Preimplantation Genetic Testing - taking biopsy from embryo to test genetic makeup. For recurrent miscarriage, recurrent implantation failure, or advanced maternal age.
Process: Stimulation, egg collection, fertilization, embryo biopsy (day 5-6), genetic testing, freezing until results.
Recurrent Miscarriage Evaluation
Comprehensive investigation of genetic and immune causes, including male sperm DNA fragmentation, with treatment modalities including genetic testing, immune treatments, and reproductive endoscopy.
Male Factor Evaluation
Comprehensive panel including semen analysis, sperm DNA fragmentation testing, and genetic testing to identify and address male fertility factors.
